What will you be doing?

  • Proven experience in managing an end to end recruitment process
  • Ability to deliver results, to work under pressure, prioritize appropriately, meets deadlines and juggle simultaneous demands
  • Leverage innovative and social networking sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and to build a pipeline of candidates based on the needs of the business
  • Provide advice and counsel to hiring managers, on recruiting for each assigned client group
  • Create innovative and engaging job postings for open positions that reflect the position parameters, the defined competency models and the company culture, to attract the best qualified candidates
  • Maintain necessary documentation using the internal ATS
  • Undertake reference checking, salary negotiations and assist with preparation of offers
  • Minimum of 1 years’ full life cycle recruiting; at least 6 months’ recent experience in sourcing
  • Keep an eye on the pulse of market to see which companies are shutting down or laying off good people, and start targeting them
  • Keep updated with the good talent acquisition practices in other companies and suggest improvements in the team
  • Take necessary steps to ensure good candidate experience
  • Maintain necessary documentation and create reports

Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent communicator, Self- starter, well- organized
  • Minimum graduate with 4-7 years of experience into recruitment
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Should have a very good understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
  • This role requires high degree of interaction with senior leaders including Executive Leadership Team members on recruitment efforts and results
  • Provide direction to Talent Acquisition efforts to enhance attraction of talent
  • Drive clear positioning of the Brand through impressive pitch by the recruitment team, social channels and Industry network (forums, conferences, seminars etc)

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

What will you be doing?

  • Planning and maintaining social media presence
  • Website upkeep, changes, and maintenance
  • Coming up with new ideas to digitally market and taking them through to execution
  • Content management for all online platforms
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all online platforms, creating in feedback channels and working to improve Clustr’s presence
  • Ensuring digital marketing presence that targets the relevant audiences
  • Coming up with new ideas for innovative branding and taking them through to execution

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, branding space
  • Excellent communication skills with strong writing and storytelling
  • Previous experience with taking brands that had little or no presence and pushing their online/offline presence successfully
  • Worked with content management and content creation
  • Must be able to do basic graphical editing, site maintenance etc. with minimal supervision
